You can pay with card, cash or Swish. We do not accept American Express.

We do not offer partial payment.

If the reason for your visit falls under your insurance´s policy, we can send a “direktreglering” to your insurance company for a small administrative fee. What that means is that instead of sending a receipt to the insurance for compensation after the vet visit, we send it while your pet is in our care so that the insurance pays us directly. This payment option is only available during the insurance company's opening hours, and it can take up to one hour for them to approve a request. Depending on your policy, you might have to pay a self-risk and a percentage of the total cost before your pet leaves the clinic (or the total of your visit if the insurance didn’t approve the claim). Keep in mind that most insurance companies close at 4-5pm, so let us know before that time if you want to claim this service.

Be aware that preventive treatments (vaccinations, spay/neuter) and some dental treatments are often not covered by pet insurance, so doublecheck what is included in your insurance´s plan.

If you are wondering about a special price, you can either look at our price list here (it is in Swedish) for the most common things we do. You can also call or email us if you are looking for something specific. It can be rather difficult to give an exact amount for a visit, depending on if we need to take blood tests or anything out of an ordinary examination, but we can give you an approximate amount.

If you wish to book an appointment for a teeth cleaning, and you have never been here with your animal before or if it's been a while, we recommend that you make an appointment for a check-up first. That way. we can examine the teeth when your animal is awake and then book the appointment for teeth cleaning further on. By doing that, we can see if we suspect any more that needs to be done than just removal of tartar.
