During this global pandemic, our routines are a bit different. Here you can read about our current regulations:
Do not come into the clinic if you have symtoms of a flu or cold, e.g. sore throat, fever, cough, etc.
Wash your hands regularly after the recommendations and use hand sanitizer.
We are cleaning the clinic more often than usual.
We currently don't shake hands, we greet everyone with a wave.
We have stoppen our drop-in option for vaccinations. This means that all visits to us require an appointment.
Keep a distance with at least 1,5 meters to other costumers and staff.
The entire staff wears a mask. (We do of course stay home if we have any symtoms.)
You are more than welcome to wear a mask, you can get one for free from us if you do not have your own.
Only one person is allowed to follow the animal/animals into the clinic. This rule applies even if you have more than one animal and it is from the front door. Therefore, family members or friends are not able to wait in the waiting room.
Children can unfortunately not accompany their parents to a visit.
If it is possible, or if you request it, we are more than happy to borrow your animal for the examination and you can wait outside. Either in the waiting room or outside of the clinic.
You can pay with Swish.
We can email you your receipt.
We want to thank you in advance for respecting these rules and that during these times we may have a bit of a wait when you call us and to offer you an appointment.
This clinic survives thanks to all you amazing people that choose us as your clinic, and we hope that you will continue to choose us so we can continue to work with what we love!
If you have any questions, you are more than welcome to call or email us.
